You are not prohibited by applicable law from accessing the Website or purchasing the Product.

3. PRODUCT LICENSE
Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the SuperFast Next.js boilerplate solely for your personal or business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly release the boilerplate or substantial portions of its codebase.

4. REFUNDS
All purchases of SuperFast are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after a purchase is completed.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, code, graphics, and intellectual property provided through SuperFast remain the sole property of Kalash Vasaniya. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of any part of the Product or Website content is strictly prohibited.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Users will be notified of any material updates via an on-site popup notification. Continued use of the Website or Product after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and Product without notice if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kalash Vasaniya and all associated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use SuperFast.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
